Staged Storefront: Similar to the intimate stages of Chicago’s neighborhoods, we mirror the vibe of powerfully impactful storytelling through simple staging, reflecting the skills and professional instincts that represents our acting community. Improv Playhouse® brings artistic life to downtown Libertyville in Central Lake County through improv shows, classics, and new works of drama, comedy, and the occasional musical.
Regular Performances: Saturday Night Improv Comedy, First Friday Night Stand-Up
Special Events: Live Staged Radio Drama and Audio Theater: It’s a Wonderful Life, Dracula, and the Last Supper Chronicles.
